The M&A Advisor has announced the winners of the 13th Annual M&A Advisor Turnaround Awards. Dorsey & Whitney LLP was named a winner for the Reorganization of the Year ($25 MM to $50MM) Restructuring of Cranberry Growers Cooperative. The awards will be presented at the Awards Gala on March 28, 2019, at The Colony Hotel, Palm Beach, Florida.

Dorsey represented Wisconsin based Cranberry Growers Cooperative, the second largest cranberry cooperative in the world, with a Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization. The multi-office, multi-disciplinary Dorsey team included Partners Annette Jarvis, Peggy Hunt, Tom Kelly and Michael Weaver, Of Counsels Jessica McKinlay, and Robert Franklin, and Associates Thomas Hwang, Megan Baker, Natasha Wells and John Wiest.
