NATASHA IS A FINANCE AND RESTRUCTURING ASSOCIATE IN OUR MINNEAPOLIS OFFICE. SHE ADVISES CLIENTS ON A WIDE RANGE OF FINANCE, INSOLVENCY AND RESTRUCTURING MATTERS.
Natasha advises clients on a wide range of corporate finance and restructuring matters, including syndicated and bilateral financings, structured finance, private debt, private placements, corporate trust, defaults and workouts, out-of-court restructurings, bankruptcy disputes and merchant card processing matters.

- Advised various parties in adversary proceedings involving preferential transfers, lien priority disputes, and non-dischargeability actions
- Represented purchaser in $26,000,000 11 U.S.C. § 363 sale

- Advised sellers in various structured finance transactions requiring bankruptcy legal opinions such as true sale, non-consolidation, and authority to file opinions

- Advised trustee in corporate debt transaction of $600,000,000 senior notes
