Eighty-seven lawyers in Dorsey & Whitney’s Minneapolis office received recognition from the North Star Lawyer Program of the Minnesota State Bar Association for their pro bono work in 2023. Each of these 87 lawyers contributed at least 50 hours of pro bono legal service to the disadvantaged in our community, the international law firm announced today.
“Community is a Dorsey core value, and pro bono work is one of the most important ways we give back to the community,” said Alysia Zens, Pro Bono Counsel for Dorsey. “It is great the MSBA North Star Lawyers Program celebrates lawyers who serve low-income Minnesotans. These lawyers help people who otherwise could not afford counsel to achieve justice.”
