Partner Maral Shoaei has been selected for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) 2025 Fellows Program. Associates Cat Ulrich Davis and Anthony Jones have been selected for the 2025 LCLD Pathfinder Program.
The LCLD is an organization comprised of corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are committed to advancing diversity in the U.S. legal profession.
Maral, a partner in Dorsey’s Commercial Litigation Group, represents clients in high-stakes antitrust matters and complex commercial disputes. Anthony, an associate is a member of Dorsey’s Intellectual Property and American Indian law practice groups, advises clients on technology-related disputes and is one of the few Native American intellectual property attorneys in the country. Cat, an associate in the Corporate Group, counsels clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and governance matters across various industries.
The LCLD Fellows Program offers mid-career attorneys a yearlong, multi-tiered professional experience to develop leadership skills and connect with top legal leaders. The LCLD Pathfinder Program is tailored for early-career attorneys at LCLD Member organizations. It equips Pathfinders with key tools to develop and leverage professional networks, strengthen leadership skills, and implement career development strategies in both law firm and in-house settings.
