Anthony Jones

Anthony counsels and represents clients in technology-related disputes, including patent disputes in federal courts and inter partes review proceedings at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Anthony leverages a strong background in engineering and patent prosecution to develop detailed analyses related to patent infringement and validity. He has extensive experience with patents related to medical devices, consumer products, semiconductor devices, telecommunications, software processes, and machine learning technologies. Anthony also provides patent prosecution and portfolio analysis services.

Anthony provides advice and representation in relation to American Indian law matters, including transactional advice, litigation support, and intellectual property advice. In that capacity, Anthony has served as in-house counsel and outside general counsel for Native American tribes. Anthony is also one of very few Native American intellectual property attorneys, and he enjoys advising Native American tribes in relation to achieving their intellectual property goals. Anthony is an enrolled member of the Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe.
