As an associate in Dorsey’s Corporate group, Cat helps both public and private clients achieve their goals through a variety of corporate transactions.
Cat assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate governance matters. Cat has worked on strategic transactions, representing both buyers and sellers, across a variety of industries including healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and energy. Cat also enjoys advising emerging growth companies across industries on formation, governance, and raising capital. Prior to joining Dorsey, Cat worked as a law clerk for the Honorable John R. Tunheim at the United States District for the District of Minnesota. While in law school, Cat served on the editorial board for the Minnesota Law Review.
