As a commercial litigator, David provides strategic guidance and zealous representation to clients in complex commercial disputes. He has particular expertise representing clients in the construction and real estate industries, including in the public-private partnership (“P3”) project space. He also has experience with healthcare litigation, trust and estate disputes, matters involving trade secrets, and asserting and defending against business torts.
Clients trust David’s sound judgment, sharp attention to detail, and ability to develop and execute effective dispute resolution strategies. Whether in court, arbitration, or any other forum, David guides and counsels clients through the dispute resolution process, always with an eye toward achieving their goals.
David has an active pro bono practice, including representing veterans seeking benefits that they earned through their service. Before joining Dorsey, David served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Susan Richard Nelson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.
