Rachel has over a decade of experience representing China-based companies and underwriters in Hong Kong.

Rachel’s practice focuses on equity capital markets, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisition transactions. She also has extensive experience in general commercial work.

Rachel’s clients engage in various industries including, but not limited to, consumers, infrastructure and construction, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, automotive, renewable energy, investment, and financial services.

  • China Securities (International) Corporate Finance Company Limited: Representing as sole sponsor and the underwriters in connection with the initial public offering of Luyuan Group Holding (Cayman) Limited on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“HKSE”) raising approximately HK$700 million. 
  • Qiming Venture Partners and Innovation Works: Advising the selling shareholders in connection with the dual primary listing of Zhihu Inc. on HKSE” and global offering with a total offer size of approximately US$106 million (sponsored by Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Limited, J.P. Morgan Securities (Far East) Limited, China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited and CMB International Capital Limited).
  • Fortune Financial Capital Limited: Representing as sole sponsor and joint global coordinators in connection with the listing of Tat Hong Equipment Service Co., Ltd. on HKSE raising approximately HK$660 million.
  • China Gas Industry Investment Holdings Limited: Advising on its listing on HKSE raising approximately HK$410 million (sponsored by China Everbright Capital Limited).
  • Watts International Maritime Engineering Limited: Advising on its listing on HKSE raising approximately HK$250 million (sponsored by Orient Capital (Hong Kong) Limited).
  • Nomura International (Hong Kong) Limited: Representing as sole sponsor and sole global coordinator in connection with the listing of Nissin Foods Company Limited on HKSE raising approximately HK$950 million.
  • Precision Tsugami (China) Corporation Limited: Advising on its listing on HKSE raising approximately HK$500 million (sponsored by Halcyon Capital Limited).
  • HongGuang Lighting Holdings Company Limited: Advising on its listing on the GEM of HKSE raising approximately HK$63 million.

  • China Re Asset Management (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd.: Advising on its general compliance with listing rules.
