Meredith specializes in the complex landscape of employee health and welfare benefits and executive compensation.
With a focus on health and wellness programs, as well as retirement plans, Meredith provides comprehensive assistance to clients. Her experience includes drafting, implementation, and administration of welfare benefit plans and qualified and non-qualified retirement plans.
Meredith's practice draws upon a knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code and related federal and state regulations. Her work ensures that clients not only comply with applicable legal requirements but also leverage these laws and regulations to provide maximal benefits and incentives.
