Overview
Meredith specializes in the complex landscape of health care regulatory and transactional matters.
With a background in health law and public health, Meredith provides strategic support to clients across the health care industry. Meredith helps clients navigate health care regulatory and compliance questions and assists with health care transactions and contractual arrangements. Meredith’s practice focuses on health care fraud and abuse laws, Medicare and Medicaid programs, compliance with HIPAA and other state and federal privacy laws, investigations, and state licensing requirements. She holds a J.D. and Master’s in Public Health from the University of Minnesota.
