Overview

Hannah-Kaye is an attorney in the firm’s finance and restructuring practice group.

Hannah-Kaye's practice focuses on corporate restructurings, bankruptcy and related state and federal court debtor and creditor rights litigation, and other complex commercial litigation matters. Her experience includes representing debtors, secured creditors, unsecured creditors, and other parties in various bankruptcy matters. 

In addition to her bankruptcy and commercial litigation practice, Hannah-Kaye also advises clients with respect to financing transactions of all types and sizes, including asset-based financing, commercial loans, and real estate loans.
