International law firm Dorsey & Whitney is pleased to announce that Attorney Bianca Tillman was selected as a Fellow in the Inaugural Class of the Leadership Academy of The National Filipino American Lawyers Association (NFALA). Tillman is one of 12 fellows around the country chosen to further develop their leadership skills and style around communications, conflict resolution, and mentorship.
NFALA’s Leadership Academy is aimed at promoting new Filipino American attorneys to cultivating their own leadership style and developing skills to promote career advancement and community service. Leadership Academy Fellows will:
- Develop and leverage foundational leadership skills
- Understand career development strategies applicable for various practice environments
- Prepare early career attorneys with relationship building resources as well as professional and personal development opportunities
- Embody the essence of servant leadership and the Bayanihan spirit
As an associate in Dorsey’s technology commerce group, Tillman works with a range of clients on a variety of corporate transactions. As a member of the Dorsey’s cybersecurity, privacy, and social media group Tillman supports clients in developing privacy and security programs, privacy policies, and understanding the legal/business risks related to the processing of personal and proprietary information, and other commercial and technology transactions. Her attention to detail and excellent research and drafting skills help her clients feel supported and reassured.
