Dorsey Partner Nisha Verma was interviewed by Rebecca Rainey for Bloomberg Law following the demise of DOL's overtime rule. The ruling gives employers permission to reverse raises that were offered to employees earlier this year. Nisha warns that "employers should think carefully about both the market and cultural consequences of rolling back that salary amount, and also whether there may be potential contractual claims as a result."
