This session of the Bank Roundtable will identify and discuss the upcoming federal regulatory agenda for banks and other financial service companies, including the Corporate Transparency Act, the CFPB’s proposed “Personal Financial Data Rights” Rule, and several cases now before the Supreme Court that may radically impact federal agency discretion and enforcement authority.
