This panel will explore the current state of the law regarding an employer’s obligations to address employee accommodation requests on the basis of COVID and COVID-related medical conditions, including the EEOC and DOL’s latest guidance. We will offer practical guidance on navigating the various agency guidelines and implementing accommodations, as well as explore employers’ obligations (or lack thereof) to offer ongoing remote work accommodations for employees.
