Since Dorsey’s last Roundtable on the Main Street Loan Programs, the Federal Reserve has fleshed-out the previously announced loan alternatives—and has added another loan program that will be included as part of the program. This Roundtable session will provide an updated analysis of the Main Street Loan Programs, including legal and operational issues that remain unanswered (or unclear). In addition, the ever-evolving SBA PPP and other loan program guidance will be reviewed, including the status of SBA guidance on reimbursement of origination fees and the process for loan forgiveness.
