Dorsey’s Bob Rosenbaum, a Partner in the Corporate Group in the Firm’s Minneapolis office will be speaking at KPMG’s Fall 2013 Audit Committee Roundtable to be held December 12 at the Marquette Hotel, IDS Center – 50th Floor, Minneapolis. Mr. Rosenbaum will be part of a panel discussing “Striking the Right Deal: Oversight of M&A and International Ventures.” Through focused panel discussions and peer dialogue, the Roundtable Series will explore critical areas of governance that have moved from important to imperative in helping audit committees and boards guide their companies forward.
