We served as U.S. counsel for our client Platinum Group Metals in seven public offerings of common shares over four years using the U.S.-Canada multi-jurisdictional disclosure system to raise an aggregate of approximately $600 million. The proceeds were used to complete the construction of the Project 1 platinum mine and for working capital during start up.
