Nevada Copper closes $20 million bridge loan facility
Nevada Copper is a Canadian exploration and development company that owns and is developing the pumpkin hollow project in Nevada.
We served as U.S. counsel to Nevada Copper in connection with its $20 million bridge loan facility. The facility allowed the company to optimize its funding mix and to evaluate strategic opportunities. This facility was one of several financings with which we assisted the company in recent years. The Pumpkin Hollow project is a large advanced stage development copper property with substantial reserves and resources including copper, gold, silver, as well as a large iron resource. Nevada Copper is publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
