We served as U.S. securities counsel to Eldorado Gold in connection with its $2.4 billion acquisition of European Goldfields in a cash and stock transaction. The acquisition significantly enhanced the combined companies’ project pipeline. Eldorado Gold is publicly traded in Canada on the Toronto Stock Exchange and in the United States on NYSE. We also helped Eldorado Gold raise $600 million in a private 144A bond offering and in a variety of other financing transactions.
