The 14.5-acre redevelopment includes over 250 senior housing units, 155 conventional residential units, 130,000 square feet of retail space, 27,500 square feet of office space and a hotel with up to 100 rooms, as well as street improvements, public parks and substantial public parking. Our public-private partnerships team negotiated on behalf of the city with the master developer and addressed real estate, land use, environmental, public finance and municipal law matters to advance a key community project.
