Building an award-winning transit hub at Target Field
We served as lead counsel to county authorities in connection with the contract negotiation and funding for the construction of the $79.3 million Target Field Station, a multi-modal transit hub in downtown Minneapolis.
The 104,000-square foot station includes a lawn for outdoor activities, a 1,000 seat amphitheater and a public plaza near the Minnesota Twins ballpark. The station was a 2015 recipient of the American Institute of Architects’ Honor Award for Regional and Urban Design.
