The distributors had breached their contracts with our client but refused to acknowledge termination of their agreements and continued to operate their businesses. We won a suit for permanent injunctive relief in U.S. District Court which included transfer of all data, customer lists, pricing and other proprietary information, an order to bar further operations in Europe, and costs and attorney's fees.
