TOM PARTNERS WITH REAL ESTATE AND FINANCE CLIENTS TO GUIDE TRANSACTIONS FROM INCEPTION TO CLOSING.
Tom’s real estate and capital markets practice focuses on representing institutional investors, public and private real estate companies, REITs and financial institutions on joint ventures, acquisitions, developments, financings, leasing and dispositions of multi-family, industrial, office, retail, land and hospitality properties. He also represents both financial institutions and borrowers in connection with construction, mezzanine, and general secured real estate financings.
