TRICIA WELCH HAS EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE REPRESENTING CLIENTS IN A WIDE VARIETY OF COMPLEX BUSINESS AND REAL ESTATE LITIGATION FOR OVER TWENTY YEARS.
Tricia’s practice includes trial and appellate work in cases involving contract disputes, fraud, partnership dissolution, product distribution, unfair competition, misappropriation of trade secrets, legal malpractice, investment fraud, construction defects and claims, professional negligence, products liability, wrongful termination, land use, toxic tort and environmental issues. In addition to her litigation practice, Tricia also advises clients regarding a wide range of contracts. She has negotiated agreements as varied as personal services contracts for aerobatic stunt pilots and research and development and licensing contracts for technology companies, and has a special expertise in beverage distribution agreements.
