Overview

ANDREW HELPS CLIENTS PROTECT THEIR INVENTIONS THROUGH PATENT SERVICES RELATED TO PATENT STRATEGY, PREPARATION, AND PROSECUTION FOR A VARIETY OF TECHNOLOGICAL AREAS.

In addition to patent procurement and portfolio management, Andrew advises clients in the areas of patentability, patent validity, patent infringement, product clearance analysis, due diligence investigation, and guidance regarding designing around patents.

Prior to practicing law, Andrew assisted in developing drone communication systems as an engineer at L-3 Communications, and ultrasound systems as an engineering intern at BARD Access Systems.
