ASHLEY HELPS CLIENTS NAVIGATE COMPLEX LITIGATED AND REGULATORY MATTERS.
As an associate in Dorsey’s Regulatory Affairs Practice Group, Ashley advises energy industry clients in a variety of proceedings before state utility commissions and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. She also regularly represents clients in front of state and federal courts related to environmental and energy issues, and she has experience litigating disputes governed by NEPA, the Clean Water Act, and the Clean Air Act. Ashley also regularly assists oil and gas clients with real property issues, including quiet title and eminent domain suits.
Ashley began her career as a commercial litigator and has experience in all aspects of litigation, including pre-litigation strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial. She routinely represents clients in state and federal court as well as in arbitrations and mediations.
