A skilled problem solver, Chris offers his clients broad experience handling complex commercial litigation, including matters involving contract disputes, employment issues, fraud, business torts, construction, corporate governance, intellectual property, and other matters.
Chris has extensive experience representing clients in State and Federal Court, as well as in arbitrations, mediations, and settlement negotiations. He has also represented clients in international arbitration.
During law school, Chris worked as an extern for several judges in Utah, including for Judge David Nuffer on the Federal District Court for the District of Utah, Justice Matthew B. Durrant on the Utah Supreme Court, and Judge Carolyn B. McHugh on the Utah Court of Appeals prior to her appointment to the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
