Overview

Mark helps clients achieve their business goals through a variety of debt and equity transactions and advises on corporate governance and periodic reporting matters.

Mark assists clients with various securities transactions, including initial public offerings, high yield debt offerings, Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings, private placements, and de-SPAC transactions. Mark also works on mergers and acquisitions and finance transactions.
