As a member of Dorsey’s corporate team, Jessica assists with general corporate matters and securities compliance.
Jessica has worked in the legal field for over 20 years and has experience with business formations, foreign qualifications, amendments, ongoing annual report filings, and maintaining corporate records. She also assists with SEC filings and Blue Sky compliance.
