Whether it be advising employers on routine matters or litigating complex issues, Megan uses her practical experience and a disciplined approach to achieve the best result for her clients.
Megan is an associate in Dorsey’s Labor and Employment group. She works with employers to provide long-term solutions to everyday issues. This includes advising on general workplace best practices, creating effective policies, and implementing essential procedures to manage risks. Megan guides employers through employment-related issues by listening to her clients’ goals, relying upon her experience, and providing practical advice.
When litigation is necessary, Megan draws on her strong experience to fiercely advocate for her clients. Megan has successfully represented clients in state and federal court, along with arbitration. Her experience includes defending against claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation; litigating claims involving non-competition, non-solicitation, and confidentiality agreements; and pursuing claims for breach of employment contracts or fiduciary duties.
