Overview
From commercial disputes to complicated multi-state class actions, Chuck has handled a wide variety of complicated litigation matters throughout his career and has guided his clients throughout each stage of the ligation process. Chuck’s experience includes developing litigation strategies, conducting discovery, preparing and arguing dispositive motions, handling mediations, and preparing appellate briefs.
Prior to joining Dorsey, Chuck worked as a Minnesota Supreme Law Clerk drafting opinions and learning how to effectively persuade judges throughout the litigation process. He uses this experience to help his clients achieve results during appellate proceedings.Education & Admissions

- MSP SW Acquisition LLC v. Feeding Our Future, Inc., No. 70-CV-22-2971 (Scott Cnty. Dist. Ct. 2022) – Successfully obtained an eviction on behalf of a client whose tenant broke the terms of the parties’ lease agreement
