Karen helps public and private company clients achieve their business goals in corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets activities, and corporate governance.
Prior to law school, Karen worked as a financial analyst in the financial services industry. As an associate in Dorsey’s Corporate group, Karen leverages her accounting background and experience as a certified public accountant (currently inactive) to consider both the financial and legal implications of a corporate transaction.
