Francis helps clients achieve their business goals through a variety of capital markets transactions and is ready to advise on corporate governance matters and disclosure requirements.
Francis enjoys learning about the unique business concerns of each client and working collaboratively in pursuit of tailor-made solutions that work with each distinct issue a client may face.
During law school, Francis served as Senior Articles Editor for the Notre Dame Journal of International and Comparative Law. Francis was also involved in diversity and affinity groups, serving as Secretary of the Notre Dame Law School Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and as a West Regional Director on the National Board of the National Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.
