- Represented three affiliated behavioral health companies with operations in multiple states in the sale of equity interests to national operator of behavioral health facilities.
- Represented seller in the sale of equity interests in pool maintenance and services company to private equity-backed portfolio company.
- Represented health care startup company in connection with a number of funding rounds with various venture capital firms.
- Represented startup consumer cleaning company in connection with several convertible note offerings and series seed funding rounds.
