Brian advises family offices, high-net-worth investors, real estate syndicators, institutional investors, investment funds, and developers on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States. Brian regularly leads real property acquisition, development, and financing transactions (including joint ventures and other complex financing structures). Brian’s clients invest and develop in a variety of asset classes, including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and hospitality.
