GRETA ASSISTS HER CLIENTS IN ACHIEVING THEIR GOALS THROUGH HIGH-STAKES CORPORATE TRANSACTIONS AND COMPLEX COMMERICAL AGREEMENTS INVOLVING THE DEVELOPMENT, OWNERSHIP AND LICENSING OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
As a member of Dorsey’s Technology Commerce Group, Greta’s practice ranges from working with clients on general day-to-day commercial transactions to high-stakes intellectual property and licensing agreements. Primarily, Greta drafts and negotiates complex agreements that involve the development, commercialization, licensing, and use of software, technology and other intellectual property assets. A core part of Greta’s practice includes assisting clients with their licensing needs for cloud-based products and Software as a Service (SaaS). Her work spans numerous industries including manufacturing, medical technology, social media, academia, agribusiness, and travel technologies. Greta also has experience with other general corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, entity formations and reorganizations, securities offerings, and general corporate counseling.
