• Represents mining clients related to reclamation and other performance bonds in connection with state and federal requirements as well as secured loan facilities. *

• Represented operational mining client in the negotiation of power purchase agreements and before state regulatory commissions. *

• Represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies related to acquisitions and majority investments across a wide variety of industries, including industrial and freight, software and technology, and retail products. *
• Represented individual and closely-held clients in the acquisition and sale of owner-operator businesses, including dry freight, solar installation, HVAC, and plumbing companies. *
• Represents venture capital fund clients in connection with minority and majority equity investments, convertible debt financings, and secured loan transactions. *
• Represented venture capital fund in connection with token purchase and option transactions and investments in digital asset companies in the U.S. and abroad. *
