Overview
Evan counsels clients on complex construction projects.
Evan is an experienced advocate and advisor representing clients in the construction industry. Evan litigates construction defect, delay, and contract disputes in federal and state court and in arbitration proceedings. He also regularly counsels clients on construction contract drafting and negotiation, licensing requirements, government contracting, performance and payment bond claims, and insurance issues. Evan has worked with clients throughout the construction industry, including private and public owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals.

- Litigated complex insurance coverage matter, involving a dispute between primary and excess insurers, through trial and appeal, obtaining a favorable result for the client.
