Cynthia has been practicing for more than 10 years with top law firms in the U.S. and China. Cynthia’s corporate practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. She has extensive experience representing public and private companies and investors, in domestic and cross-border transactions, and across technology, life sciences, industrials, financial services, and private equity industries. Cynthia also has significant experience in capital markets transactions, representing companies, investment banks and investors in IPOs and follow-on public offerings, de-SPAC transactions, PIPE transactions and private placements.
