Overview
David helps his clients develop customized estate plans designed to meet the needs of their families and businesses. He counsels his clients on all aspects of estate planning, transfer tax planning, business succession planning, and charitable planning. He takes time to understand his clients’ objectives and works closely with them and their other advisors to craft a detailed and comprehensive plan.
David also represents individual and corporate fiduciaries in the administration of complex estates and trusts. He provides both legal and practical advice to his clients, assisting them with identifying and transferring assets, coordinating post-death tax planning, filing tax returns, and resolving other issues that arise during the administration.
