Saifuddin Kalolwala

Saif is an associate in Dorsey’s Government Solutions and Investigations group.

Prior to joining Dorsey, Saif was an associate in USAID’s Office of Inspector General (OIG) in Washington, DC. He supported OIG’s legal compliance responsibilities, including performance and financial audits of U.S. foreign assistance agencies, as well as investigations related to criminal, civil, and administrative enforcement matters such as suspension and debarment and the False Claims Act.

Saif also has significant litigation experience managing cases from inception to resolution. This includes devising litigation strategies, conducting discovery and investigations, briefing and arguing motions, negotiating settlements, and presenting effective advocacy at trial. Saif has conducted over a dozen trials, including a jury trial.
