Alex is an associate within Dorsey’s Trademark, Copyright, and Advertising Group. She counsels clients through detailed trademark prosecution and enforcement matters on a domestic and global scale. In addition to helping develop robust trademark portfolios, Alex has experience with UDRPs, online takedowns and internet fraud, artificial intelligence, and advertising and marketing materials.
Alex is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), as designated by the International Association of Privacy Professionals. She has experience with counseling clients on state and federal privacy laws as well as drafting privacy policies and website terms of use.
