Overview

Ran is a senior associate in Dorsey’s Healthcare Transactions and Regulations practice group.

Within this group, Ran assists clients navigate a myriad of corporate structuring, regulatory, and compliance requirements unique to healthcare businesses. He has vast experience advising on corporate practice of medicine restrictions, licensing concerns, and digital health practice in all states. He also assists with drafting robust contracts that protect his clients and help them realize their transactional and/or commercial goals. Ran counsels the gamut of the healthcare industry – from payors and providers to management services organizations, pharmacies, long term care facilities, and non-profits.

Ran also serves on Dorsey’s recruiting committee where he assists with Dorsey’s summer associate program and junior associate hiring considerations.
