Joelle is a paralegal with Dorsey’s Trademark, Copyright and Advertising Group. She assists clients in every phase of the trademark process in the U.S. and coordinates trademark-related activities outside the U.S. She is particularly interested in the management of international registrations under the Madrid System.
Joelle has extensive experience in prosecution and enforcement, inter partes proceedings at the trademark trial and appeal board, copyright registration, and domain name registration and enforcement.
