Overview
Hannah is an associate in the Costa Mesa office of Dorsey & Whitney and a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Group. Hannah handles a broad range of labor and employment law matters, including workplace discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour issues, for employers in various industries. She represents employers in both state and federal courts as well as before state and federal agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and the National Labor Relations Board.
Whether providing litigation defense or preventative counseling, Hannah’s overriding concern is to further her clients’ goals by resolving disputes, limiting financial exposure, and avoiding protracted litigation.
