He has extensive experience in helping clients resolve complex issues and disputes during all phases of the construction process. This includes multiple different types of construction claims and disputes, including bid protests, change order and extra work disputes, claims for defective design and construction, as well as claims for delay, acceleration, impact, and lost productivity.

Mike has deep experience with design build and other forms of alternative procurement, and has worked on a wide variety of public infrastructure and private development projects. These include highways, bridges and tunnels, airports, light rail, sports stadiums, school and civic facilities, high rise and vertical construction, data centers, retail and numerous commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments. Mike is actively involved with construction industry organizations and is frequent speaker on construction law topics.
