Brittany is committed to helping clients navigate the challenges that arise with complex litigation in state and federal courts.
As an associate in Dorsey’s litigation group, Brittany has a wide range of experience in various aspects of litigation, from pre-litigation strategy, discovery, motion practice, arbitrations, and appeals.
Brittany has substantive experience in complex commercial disputes involving contracts, business torts, shareholder and member derivative actions, fraud, and trade secret misappropriation. She also has experience representing clients in employment law matters.
Outside of work, Brittany is like many Coloradans. She enjoys spending time in the mountains and paddle boarding on the lake.
