Overview
As an Associate in Dorsey’s Regulatory Affairs Group, Alyssa is passionate about the intersection between the built and natural world. She assists clients in managing and operating on public lands and obtaining government grants and permits. Additionally, she provides support related to environmental policy, developing renewable energy projects, and compliance matters.
Alyssa advises on matters related to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Federal Land Policy and Management Act (FLPMA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Clean Water Act (CWA), and the Clean Air Act (CAA).
