Samuel Flitton

Sam is an associate in Dorsey’s Corporate practice group. He works with a diverse range of business entities to help them achieve business related goals. He advises companies of all sizes on an array of corporate governance matters, acquisition or merger objectives, and regulatory or compliance issues. 

Sam has successfully represented multinational corporations on complex business transactions, foreign expansion targets, and corporate structuring needs. On the other end of the spectrum, he has also helped emerging companies with expansion goals and navigating regulatory concerns. 

Before coming to Dorsey, Sam worked in Washington, D.C., on Capitol Hill, where he advised Congressional Members on foreign affairs and financial regulation.
