J.B. IS A TRANSACTIONAL ATTORNEY THAT HELPS CLIENTS ACHIEVE THEIR BUSINESS GOALS BY SUPPORTING MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS, ASSET PURCHASES AND SALES, AND PROVIDING THE LEGAL SERVICES THAT BUSINESSES NEED FROM FORMATION TO EXIT.
J.B. supports a robust practice of mergers and acquisitions, regularly representing corporations, LLCs, capital and private equity firms, investments funds, entrepreneurs, and investors from formation to growth to exit. J.B. also assists his clients with bankruptcy and creditors’ rights issues in bankruptcy cases.
